We&apos;d love to help you resolve this issue! Here are some tips for unfolding and folding your Lithe V2:-When you open your Lithe V2, please squeeze the stroller from both sides first. Then fully slid+squeeze the release handle. Please see the attached pic named Squeeze before Open.-When closing it, please put down the backrest first. Then fully slid+squeeze the release handle. Then you can close it easily. Actually, Lithe V2 can be folded when its backrest is upright. Just fold it harder and then the backrest will be released accordingly to let the stroller be folded.If you still find it difficult, please feel free to contact our support team and include a short video of the product issue.
